My approach to rehabilitation is focused on movement and performance. I work with my clients to strengthen muscles, improve balance and mobility, and reduce pain and tension. I also ensure that my clients learn proper movement techniques to avoid future injuries.

I believe that rehab should not be seen as a limitation, but rather as an opportunity to focus on the aspects of fitness that we tend to neglect. It’s a time to take care of yourself, strengthen your body and your confidence.

If you have recently suffered an injury or are simply looking to improve your mobility, I am here to help. Together we can work to take you from injury to performance, safely and confidently.

OFFER 1 – 120CHF (per session)

  • 1 hour session

OFFER 2 – 960 CHF (80 CHF per session)

  • 1 one-hour session per week for 12 weeks
  • A personalized program to do on the other days of the week

( If no diagnosis has been made by a doctor, but you have shoulder pain, I can do a mini analysis to define where your pain comes from. But I do not replace a therapist. )
